*Your rental fee includes the set up and breakdown of your event as well as tables, chairs, linens and glasses. Food and beverage must be coordinated through Cohen’s Retreat; no outside food/beverage service permitted. Decor, flowers and other coordination are the responsibility of the party reserving the space though we are happy to provide a list of preferred vendors upon request.
